Fully furnished and completely stocked ski condo is located on the Nevada side of Heavenly Mountain Resort (Heavenly North Area) next to the Stagecoach and Boulder Lifts.
Quiet with panoramic views of Lake Tahoe. New remodel completed last year. On demand hot water, main bathroom has Jacuzzi Tub and washer/dryer provided on property. Wireless internet and expanded cable package provided with this unit.
This vacation rental has stairs to the front door from the parking lot--- the stairs get you above everything for the spectacular views of Lake Tahoe. We believe you will enjoy this ski rental so much a Launch Lake Tahoe, Inc representative will help you get your bags up/down the stairs on arrival and departure if needed (must be scheduled with Launch Lake Tahoe, Inc in advance).

LEASE TERMS
 2 Night Minimum. $175 per night for winter non-holiday bookings. Security Deposit is $300 and Douglas County Occupancy Tax is 10%.
Cleaning fee is $125. See availability calendar link below for more information. All fees and contract due at booking.
Holiday Bookings---Dec 20- Jan 2 dates are $275 per night with a 5 night minimum. Jan 18-21 and Feb 15-18 dates are $200 per night with a 3 night minimum.
Booking Process---First step is to check availability calendar and then contact Launch Lake Tahoe, Inc to confirm available dates. Click the Website tab at the top of this page and visit us at www.launchlaketahoe.com. Once you are at our website go to the Contact Us page to verify requested dates are available with Launch Lake Tahoe, Inc. Once the dates are confirmed Launch Lake Tahoe, Inc will provide a contract and rules for you to review. At this time you will need to sign and return the contract page and pay entire Launch Lake Tahoe, Inc invoice to complete the transaction. Rates are subject to change without notice until reservation is confirmed. Payments can be made by check or through the many options provided by Paypal.

Christmas Holiday Stay
My family stayed at the Heavenly Hideaway Cabin for 3 days & it was great! The view was spectacular. House had everything we needed & more. It was close to the casinos & the ski lifts yet secluded & quiet. Loved it & recommend it to everyone!
