Launch Lake Tahoe is looking for real estate purchases. We are very interested in all units including those that need some major rehab or a little upgrading. We are open to very simple property sales and/or situations that might need creative solutions.
We are the best in the area at buying correctly and managing for cash flow. Our goal is to establish a fair price for the seller and then maximize the investment with specific upgrades that will result in additional rental income and/or overall value.
